Cynthia's Kitchen - Spinach Sauté

Chop washed spinach into bite sized pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, a little cumin, cayenne, turmeric, or whatever strikes your fancy. Stir spices and chopped garlic, onion, until onion is soft. Add chopped spinach and sauté until spinach is limp. Eat.

Or you can add some broth and serve over mashed potato or rice.
