Shelling Peas - Check out Cynthia's write up on Shelling peas.  These packets of sweet wonder are prime for snacking or enchanting a meal.

Kale Scape Pesto - This pesto is made with roasted garlic scapes, blanched Winterbor kale, local extra virgin sunflower oil, sunflower seeds, and salt.  The kale gives a rich almost sweet green essence to the pesto.  Enjoy in any of the ways you would use basil pesto.

 New Potatoes - The first digging of the potato crop.  These small, thin skinned, perfect potatoes are ready for a pot of boiling water or an oven.  They are delicate and delicious.  White, red, and purple.
